ABOUT BEAR SADDLE RANCH

We’re Sandy and Clay — the Bear and the Saddle Man. Our story started far from East Texas, in the wide‑open spaces of Colorado and western Nebraska, where leatherwork, horses, and the western lifestyle were already woven into our everyday lives. Clay was learning the art of saddle‑making, and I was managing a major western retail store with a background in graphic arts. Even then, we dreamed of building something of our own — a brand rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and the ranch life we hoped to have someday.

In 2022, we packed up our lives and headed south to East Texas to start the next chapter of our story. Today, Bear Saddle Ranch is the place where our passions come together: handmade leather goods, custom saddles, boutique‑western apparel, and faith‑rooted devotionals through BSR Ranch Reads. Every piece we create carries a part of our journey — the grit, the grace, and the belief that God uses simple things like leather, words, stillness, and good dogs to do beautiful work.

Our ranch life is shared with our three fur kids: Bandit the Blue Heeler, Bear the brown Aussie, and Sugar Bear the English Cream Golden Retriever. They’re part of our daily rhythm, our inspiration, and our brand identity.
