SHIPPING POLICY

At Bear Saddle Ranch, we take pride in delivering quality goods from our East Texas ranch and from our trusted fulfillment partners. Because our store includes handmade leather goods, custom orders, saddles, and dropshipped items, shipping times vary depending on the product.

Please review the details below to understand how your order will ship.


HANDMADE LEATHER GOODS (NON‑CUSTOM)

Our standard handmade leather goods ship directly from:

Processing time for non‑custom leather items is typically 3–7 business days.


CUSTOM LEATHERWORK (EXTENDED LEAD TIME)

Custom leather orders—including belts, tack, personal leather goods, and specialty pieces—are handcrafted and require extended production time.

Custom leather lead time:

  • 6–12 weeks for most custom leather goods

  • Up to 4–6 months for complex or high‑detail projects

Shipping time begins after the item is completed. Custom orders cannot be rushed.


SADDLES (EXTENDED LEAD TIME)

Saddles are built by hand and require significant time and care.

Saddle lead time:

  • 4–8 months depending on build complexity, tooling, and current workload

Once your saddle is complete, we will contact you to confirm shipping arrangements. Saddles may ship via freight or specialty carriers.


DROPSHIPPED ITEMS

Some products in our store are fulfilled by trusted third‑party suppliers and do not ship from our ranch.

For these items:

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days

  • Delivery time: 5–15 business days

  • Items may arrive separately from ranch‑made goods

  • Tracking will be provided when available

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, carrier rates, and whether the item ships from our ranch or a fulfillment partner. We do not mark up carrier shipping rates.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.


DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary by carrier and item type:

  • Ranch‑made items: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Dropshipped items: 5–15 business days after shipment

  • Custom leather: ships after completion (6–12 weeks or longer)

  • Saddles: ships after completion (4–8 months)

Weather delays, carrier issues, or holiday volume may affect delivery times.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing both ranch‑made and dropshipped items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Bear Saddle Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
