At Bear Saddle Ranch, every saddle is built with purpose, pride, and traditional craftsmanship. Our saddles are designed to be true multi-purpose working saddles, equally at home during a full day on the ranch, a long ride down the trail, or wherever the journey takes you. Comfort for both horse and rider is at the heart of everything we build.
Each custom saddle is crafted one at a time and built to your specifications. Current lead times typically range from 80 to 180 days, depending on design options and customization selected.
How the Custom Saddle Process Works
- Contact us to discuss your saddle needs and design preferences.
- Clay will provide a custom quote based on your desired specifications.
- Submit your deposit using the amount we've provided.
- Once your deposit is received, your order is entered into our build schedule, and your custom saddle journey begins.
Deposit & Payment Information
Custom saddle prices generally range from $2,500 to $5,000+ depending on style, tooling, leather selection, hardware, and custom features.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve your place in our build schedule. Certain highly customized builds may require payment in full before production begins.
The deposit amount selected should match the quote provided to you during your consultation with Sandy or Clay. Orders exceeding standard deposit limits may require multiple transactions.
